Gavin Schmitz
Gavin Schmitz has more than a decade of experience with Wellhead Systems, Inc., having played a key role in the company’s expansion across North America and international markets. Starting as Business Development Manager for the Rockies, he later led global growth efforts as Executive Director of Business Development.
A graduate of Pittsburg State University, Gavin began his career in nuclear medicine before transitioning to the energy sector. His expertise in customer relations, operational efficiency, and technical solutions drives WSI’s commitment to delivering high-quality, fully integrated wellhead and production solutions.
Jessica Goodeyon
Jessica Goodeyon started Wellhead Systems, Inc. with her husband Joe in 2007. Through her many roles within the company, Jessica has been involved in manufacturing, marketing, sales, warehouse management, and business management operations. Beginning with Kansas Valve & Pipe Fitting in the late 1990s, she has more than two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Troy W. Habben
Troy W. Habben joined Wellhead Systems, Inc. in 2013 and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to the organization. Prior to joining WSI, he held leadership positions with R&M Energy Systems and Weir Seaboard for more than 15 combined years, where he led business development activity globally.
In addition, he served as Marketing Training & Development Manager for The Charles Machine Works, Inc. for more than a decade. Troy continues to serve WSI in a strategic leadership role, helping set the direction and growth of the organization.
Troy holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Oklahoma Christian University. He is an active presenter at oil and gas seminars and trade shows and has been featured in published articles about the industry and Wellhead Systems, Inc.
Joe Goodeyon
Joe Goodeyon started Wellhead Systems, Inc. in 2007 and has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the oil and gas market. Over the course of his career, he has served in a wide range of leadership roles involving engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.
Prior to starting WSI, he was president of Kansas Valve & Fitting, where he served customers throughout North America. Joe began his private-sector leadership career with Larkin Products, Inc. as West Texas Manufacturing Manager, supporting one of the largest oilfield markets in the world.
In addition, Joe served our country in the United States Navy, where he held leadership positions with multiple military command units.
