Product Service Warranty
Warranty must be completed and submitted within 15 days of purchase.
Wellhead Systems, Inc. product service warranty covers all parts and labor for one year from the date of purchase. Coverage includes only the products listed below and excludes all others covered under the standard warranty policy defined on the WSI invoice. Product warranty is valid only upon completion and return of this Product Service Warranty card with all required items filled out completely and submitted to Wellhead Systems, Inc. corporate offices.
